By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure to read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor should you attempt to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to us.
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
The Artixo app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your tablet and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your tablet, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your tablet vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features, and potentially cause the Artixo app to malfunction or not work at all.
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app:
Internet Connection and Data UsageCertain app functions require an active internet connection. This connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. However, we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app, including roaming charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Device and Battery ResponsibilityIt is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the app or its services, we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting inconvenience or issues.
Updates and App AvailabilityWhile we strive to ensure the app is updated and accurate at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information, and we cannot guarantee that the app will always function as intended. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance on the app's functionality.
At times, we may require you to update the app to continue using it. The app is currently available on Android, and system requirements may change. You agree to download and install updates when offered to maintain access to the app. We do not guarantee that updates will always be relevant to you or compatible with your device’s operating system.
We may also decide to stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination:
(a) The rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end.
(b) You must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms & ConditionsWe may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be posted on this page, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
